EVENTS		Overview Conference Registration Fees: The conference registration fee for the AHME/AODME Spring Institute includes course materials; entrance to educational sessions; continental breakfast on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings; refreshment breaks on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings and afternoons; welcome reception on Thursday evening; networking lunch on Saturday and newcomer's lunch on Thursday for all bona fide first time attendees. Additionally, AODME registration fees also include a refreshment break on Wednesday afternoon and the AODME Business Meeting/President's Inauguration and Awards/Collegium's Fellowship Ceremony and Reception on Friday evening. Guest Registration Fees: Guest fees include continental breakfast on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings; refreshment breaks on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings and afternoons; welcome reception on Thursday evening and the networking lunch on Saturday. Additionally, AODME guest registration fees also include a refreshment break on Wednesday afternoon and the AODME Business Meeting/President's Inauguration and Awards/Collegium's Fellowship Ceremony and Reception on Friday evening. Payment: Payment must accompany registration. If you are not enclosing a check with your registration, you must provide credit card information with registration, even if a check is to be sent later. If we do not receive an employer or personal check within 14 days of the conference, we will charge the registration fee to the credit card number you provided. Buddy-Up! Although AHME and AODME take the learning component of this meeting very seriously, there is room for fun in conference down times. We realize that often participants do not feel comfortable exploring unfamiliar venues alone. It is with that in mind that we are introducing "buddy-up". If you would like to find a colleague to explore Las Vegas with, please indicate so on the conference registration form. Of course,this means that we also need fun-loving volunteers to make sure we'll have enough "buddies" to go around - just complete the volunteer section of the registration form. Remember,the more the merrier - let's buddy-up and enjoy Las Vegas! Registration Early registration is encouraged. To pay by check or money order (made payable to AHME), complete the conference registration form and mail to: Association for Hospital Medical Education, PO Box 400459, Pittsburgh, PA 15268-0459. Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation, a refund of the registration fee, less 25% administration fee, may be obtained by written request only to the AHME or AODME Executive Director.
