Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program Director Part Time Position Available Medical Education and Research Center Grand Rapids, Michigan We are seeking a part-time, board certified Palliative Physician to accept responsibility for directing a new fellowship program in Grand Rapids, MI. This program has evolved with strong community support, involving 3 hospital systems (Spectrum Health, St. Mary's Health Care, and MetroHealth); local hospices (Hospice of Michigan and Faith Hospice); and Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. Responsibilities will include working with the Palliative Medicine Fellowship Steering Committee to finalize and implement curriculum, recruit and supervise trainees, manage budget, support development and fundraising activities, and administer the training program. The Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center for Health Professions (GRMERC) is a medical, health education and research consortium whose mission is to enhance the health of the Grand Rapids community through a variety of programs, education, research activities and services.
