Program Director Orthopedic Residency Program Henry Ford Health System The Henry Ford Medical Group Department of Orthopedics is seeking a dynamic individual with a desire to run a top notch residency program at Henry Ford Hospital in southeast Michigan. The ideal candidate must be board certified with previous residency training experience preferred. Responsibilities include oversight of a 30 person residency program and the sports medicine fellowship, including maintaining quality didactic and clinical programs. Candidates must be well versed in JCAHO and RRC requirements and have the ability to promote/facilitate excellent teaching and research in a strong academic environment. The residency is supported by 20 highly qualified and experienced subspecialists in the areas of spine, tumor, sports medicine, joint, foot & ankle, and hand. Rotations include the Henry Ford Medical Group outpatient centers, Children's Hospital of Michigan, Henry Ford Hospital and community hospitals offering an excellent mix of academic and community practice. World class laboratory and medical education support is also provided.
