Manager of Education

Under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for the implementation of a hospital wide education programs. Manages education staff; Plans education and coordinates the evaluation of education programs hospital-wide.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience:
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in nursing, healthcare administration or business. Minimum of 3 years management experience that includes responsibility for staff education.

Special Training and Skills:
Thorough knowledge of operations of all services supervised. Strong leadership and communication skills. Computer skills including word excel and power point.


Licensure:
California RN license preferred
