Director, Medical Education

Mount Carmel Health System (MCHS) consists of four hospitals with over 1,000 beds and approximately $340 million in net revenues. They are a member of Trinity Health, the fourth largest Catholic health system in the U.S.

MCHS has six ACGME accredited residency programs: family practice, internal medicine, OB/GYN, orthopedics, surgery and transitional. The Director, Medical Education (DME) will be responsible for the direction and administration of graduate, undergraduate and CME programs. Working closely with the residency program directors, the DME is also the primary liaison with administrative and medical leaders.

The ideal candidate is an M.D. or D.O. who has experience in residency program administration and medical education, and has experienced the process of RCC reviews. The individual also needs to thrive in a multi-hospital system environment.
