SIUH, a major teaching affiliate of SUNY Downstate and a member of the NS-LIJ Healthcare System, located in Staten Island, NY, has an exciting employment opportunity for a Manager of Clinical Research.

Position Summary:

Manages, plans, organizes and evaluates staff and activities of clinical research projects. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary health care team to provide clinical research activities for patients and investigators. Oversees research staff and patient care delivery. Coordinates and implements research projects with the Principal Investigators to assure research projects are carried out as approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of office management experience and equivalent experience in administration and office management in an academic health care setting. Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
